Cancellation & Refunds Policy

At Sanjeevani Booti, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order or return a product. This policy outlines our cancellation, return, and refund procedures to ensure a smooth experience for our valued customers.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Order Confirmation: You can cancel your order immediately after placing it, before payment confirmation. Simply contact us at support@sanjeevanibooti.in or call +91 84481 86071.

Within 24-48 Hours of Confirmation: If your order has been confirmed but not yet dispatched, you can request cancellation. We will process your request if the order hasn't been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible.

After Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can refuse delivery or initiate a return once you receive the product.

How to Cancel: Email us at support@sanjeevanibooti.in with your Order ID and reason for cancellation, or call our customer support at +91 84481 86071.

Cancellation of COD Orders: If you refuse a Cash on Delivery (COD) order without valid reason multiple times, we reserve the right to block future COD orders from your account.

Refund for Cancelled Orders: If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

2. Return Eligibility - 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

✓ We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).

Eligible Returns - Products must meet ALL of the following conditions:

• Unused and unopened with original seals intact

• In original packaging with all labels and tags attached

• No signs of use, damage, or tampering

• Valid invoice/order confirmation must be provided

• Return request initiated within 30 days of delivery date

Non-Returnable Items:

✗ Opened or used products (due to hygiene and safety reasons)

✗ Products with broken or tampered seals

✗ Prescription or personalized Ayurvedic formulations

✗ Products purchased during special sales (if mentioned as non-returnable)

✗ Free gifts or promotional items bundled with orders

3. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1 - Contact Us: Email support@sanjeevanibooti.in or call +91 84481 86071 within 30 days of receiving your order.

Step 2 - Provide Details: Include your Order ID, product name, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (if applicable).

Step 3 - Return Approval: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide return instructions if approved.

Step 4 - Pack the Product: Securely pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.

Step 5 - Ship the Product: Send the product to the address provided by our team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Step 6 - Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product (2-3 business days), your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Important: Do not ship the product back without obtaining return approval from our team. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

4. Refund Timeline & Method

Refund Processing Time:

• Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive the returned product

• Refund Initiation: 7-10 business days after approval

• Bank Credit: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your bank

Refund Method:

• Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet)

• COD Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). Please provide your bank account details.

Refund Amount:

• Full product price will be refunded

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in case of defective/wrong product)

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless the product is defective)

Refund Confirmation: You will receive an email/SMS notification once your refund is processed. Please allow your bank's processing time for the amount to reflect in your account.

5. Exchange Policy

✓ We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Exception - Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will arrange a free replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product.

Size/Variant Changes: If you ordered the wrong size or variant, you can return the product (if unused and unopened) and place a new order. Standard return and shipping charges will apply.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

⚠️ If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please DO NOT accept the delivery. Contact us immediately with photos.

If You've Already Accepted Delivery:

• Contact us within 48 hours at support@sanjeevanibooti.in

• Provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and defect

• Include your Order ID and delivery details

Immediate Replacement: For damaged or defective products, we will arrange a FREE replacement at no additional cost. We will also cover the return shipping charges.

Replacement Timeline: Once your claim is approved, a replacement will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.

If Replacement is Not Available: If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund including shipping charges within 7-10 business days.

7. Non-Refundable Items & Charges

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

✗ Shipping charges (unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

✗ COD handling charges (if any)

✗ Return shipping costs (customer's responsibility unless product is faulty)

✗ Opened or used products

✗ Products without original packaging and seals

✗ Free samples or promotional gifts

Partial Refunds: In rare cases, if a product is returned in less-than-perfect condition (minor damage during return shipping), we may issue a partial refund after inspection.

8. Special Circumstances

Wrong Product Delivered: If we shipped the wrong product, we will arrange a FREE return pickup and send the correct product at no additional cost. You will also receive priority processing.

Missing Items in Order: If any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will either ship the missing item or provide a refund for it.

Order Modification: Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, modifications (address change, product change) may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Bulk Orders: For bulk or corporate orders, please contact us at support@sanjeevanibooti.in for customized cancellation and return policies.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or courier service disruptions.
