At Sanjeevani Booti, we are committed to delivering your Ayurvedic wellness products safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, timelines, and terms. Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Coverage

✓ We deliver all across India to serviceable pin codes.

✓ Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate.

✓ Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

✓ For remote or difficult-to-reach locations, delivery may take additional 1-2 days.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Standard Delivery: 4-5 business days from order confirmation

• Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays)

• Delivery time may vary based on your location and courier partner availability

• You will receive tracking information via SMS/Email once your order is shipped

• For metro cities: Typically 3-4 business days

• For tier-2/tier-3 cities and rural areas: 5-7 business days

3. Shipping Charges

✓ FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders across India

✓ No minimum order value required for free shipping

✓ Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment

✓ Any applicable taxes (GST) are included in the product price

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

✓ COD is available for most serviceable locations across India

✓ A nominal COD handling charge may apply (if any, it will be shown at checkout)

✓ Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery

✓ Our delivery partner will hand over the package only after payment is received

✓ If you refuse to accept the COD order without valid reason, future COD orders may be restricted

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS and email

• You can track your order status in real-time using the tracking link provided

6. Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery fails due to your unavailability, the courier will attempt delivery again. After 2-3 failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.

Incorrect Address: If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed or fail. Re-delivery charges may apply.

Unclaimed Packages: If you do not claim the package within the stipulated time, it will be returned to our warehouse. You may be charged for return shipping.

Damaged Package: If you receive a damaged package, please refuse to accept it and immediately contact us with photos at support@sanjeevanibooti.in. We will arrange a replacement.

Missing Items: If any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details.

7. Product Packaging

• All products are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit

• We use discreet, tamper-proof packaging to maintain product quality and customer privacy

• Ayurvedic products are sealed and packed as per FSSAI guidelines

• If the seal is broken or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately
